I continue to get excellent service from Allied Propane. I called in my order and had a pleasant representative on the phone. My propane delivery was only a few days from my order. The delivery man was great! He was professional, personable and efficient. Another great experience!
They have been very efficient as far as auto fill. They have never let me run out.
We called at 10pm with a suspecting we had a gas leak. They sent Chuck out right away. He inspected the everything and quickly found that we did not have a gas leak, but our gas was actually empty and the indicator was faulty. Within two days they were out at the house filling the gas and getting us taken care of. The customer service was top notch throughout the process, which is not the norm these days.
You keep our propane tanks full. The people in the local office are friendly, easy to talk to, yet they are very professional.
