Efficint on deliveries
The office staff was very helpful in helping me set up my portal. Also, she got me scheduled for a delivery right away. They texted me when they were coming. Even though there was a delay in delivery, they were able to fill my tank the next day. The driver actually called to let me know he was on the way. It was right before the most recent snow/ice storm. It really meant a lot that they delivered the gas before the storm hit. I have always liked the prompt service and/or help when needed. As Superior took over I have seen and had family members complain of the company hard to reach or not answering phones. When I had the issue a local employee saw my issue and contacted me quickly and handled my request promptly.
