We recently smelled propane gas from our tank. We called to report the problem, and a technician (Douglas) responded within an hour! He found that the regulator was leaking, replaced it immediately, and had us back to a normal operation within minutes. Not only was the problem identified and resolved quickly, but the company refilled the tank without charging us for the replacement gas because the loss of gas was an equipment breakage rather than caused by us. That to us is a fantastic response to a potentially serious problem and a reason we'll continue with Eastern Propane as our propane service provider. Great customer service!!

Services are great but communication with customer was bad. I specifically stated on my on -line order of propane if you could please e-mail me the day before delivery as to the time it will be delivered that next day so I can move my car (electric car on charger) so that the driver has an easy time pulling into the space. I was not notified. Even the driver said that that note was put on my delivery bill. It sure would be nice to know the day ahead of time so I can move my car. Please try to do this next time.
