Your website needs work; it’s not quickly user friendly or intuitive enough. Takes too long to figure it out. Whoever designed it hasn’t considered different cognitive styles or industry standards. Work on a quick login procedure first. We shouldn’t have to remember stuff. Find a secure auto-pilot method.
Plus: you are not quite ready to handle one person who has two accounts. Seems like too much for you to bear. I live in DE (six months) and NY (six months). It’s complicated, isn’t it 😞 I can get through it okay, but it’s messy. Plus: (example) I need an inspection in DE; you almost sent a tech to my NY residence. I will continue to try to keep on top of the awkwardness; but it takes two of us. Thank you for your kind help.

My delivery driver was fine, I was ecstatic to see him as I was down to 12%. I did call customer service at Superior Plus twice to request delivery, even though I am a monitored customer it seemed like I had been forgotten. Joy was my customer service contact and she was very helpful the second time I called and made sure I was on the schedule for the next day.

Ease of ordering refill.
We get notified by email of tank rental, can pay online. Although we use fireplace as supplement heat when very cold,or if power out, not like some friends that use it for more heat source, they come out for refill automatically, based on our yearly consumption, we assume.. The drivers are courteous going in and out of fence to backyard. Although pricing has gone up last couple years, it is in line with others and convenient for refills.
