The staff was AMAZING from the moment of check-in to the moment of discharge. Hannah was super efficient and welcoming at registration. Christine was my PSU nurse and she was excellent. The nurse in the colo room was wonderful, as was the anesthesiologist.

I like everything but I don’t like BSW systems are not integrated . So from a customer view , I have to repeat stuff that should be in Database for all to see

From the time I walked into BS&W in Frisco on Warren Parkway the staff was very nice and helpful and service with a smile. Thank you for having such friendly and knowledgeable staff. My experience was nice and pain free. Nurse Kevin and Nurse Tanner were awesome and took great care of me.
