Everyone at Baylor Scott and White was very professional, courteous and friendly. I was very well taken care of and my surgery was on time and everything went well. I could not ask for a better experience.

Great employees and facility
Took my son with chest pain. Dr Lee didnt even bothered to make Basic EKG or echo. He was discharged with Z pack only i brougth him home with chest pain all nigth.i took him to a different ER later on.the approach was different i live Near presby Plano hospital but decided to drive 20 more minutes to Baylor Frisco ER very poor service

Everyone was very nice and there wasn't a lot of waiting. Procedure went well. My complaint is that the recovery room nurses were ready for me to go home and since I was the last one in there I understand.
It was not my fault that I had a late surgery or that I was vomiting and in pain in recovery. I feel like they should have just admitted me so they could go home. Another hospital I was in 10 days prior for my first stent, made me stay over night after putting in a stent with no vomiting.
I had the stent removal and 2 additional procedures on 4/11 at your facility and had more recovery issues. Also no one continued to monitor my vitals even though my oxygen levels were setting off the alarm every time I dozed off. Seems like a lot of inconsistency between different hospitals.

The nurse Brittney was a great help and explained every step of my visit.
The first nurse that was in the room was very rude and short. The second nurse, penny was very kind.

I was extremely disappointed in the attitude and demeanor of Dr. Bedde. His bedside manner has much to be desired.
He was irritated from the moment he walked in to greet me.
I felt that he was judgmental of the medications I was taking.
He dismissed me and said there are things that we can’t do in the er to help you.
I was having heart racing, high and low blood pressure’s and I have Addison’s disease.
He said go see your cardiologist on Monday.
Shining stars were The smiling friendly face at the check in desk and a nurse named Susanna.
We live in McKinney and drove to Frisco because we believed your ER was the best.
It’s really disappointing.
Professionalism, empathy, and care
Dr and nurse were excellent. Good listeners, not rushed , seemed caring and understanding. CT technician very pleasant and reassuring. Receptionist and phlebotomist also kindly.
The staff was kind gentle attentive and supportive.
The staff first and foremost. The facilities are as their ally pleasing, clean, and the food was great. I am very impressed by this hospital, which is why I chose to have my first and second baby there. The lactation consultants are wonderful, wish they had more. Keep up the good work, truly.
