Everyone you encounter is so kind and helpful
Well organized ..Nurses very informative. Everything went as planned.
They were very nice. They knew what they were doing and I was out within an hour.
Service was exceptional. Facilities are very clean and shiny. We had a great experience for outpatient surgery.
Competent, courteous, effective, available, convenient, professional, reliable.
Thanks BSW.
One of the nurses (Perry Green)in the emergency room had no bedside manner and was very rude and argumentative. I simply asked to relocate my IV port due to the pain that I was feeling and they went downhill from there. No one wants to go into an emergency situation already ill and have to deal with inappropriate / unprofessional staff.
Everyone was very nice and professional.
What a first class facility! Nurses in pre-op, recovery and discharge were amazing. Thank you Rachel for excellent care in recovery!
everything went fine
Loved all my nurses and doctor and facility was clean and efficient. But preop on day before surgery needs improvement. Day before surgery I was asked to come to hospital. At that time I signed several forms and had my blood drawn. No instructions or copies of forms were given to me, no time to arrive was given to me . I called on the day of procedure and Baylor told me to ask doctor- this is not as I have experienced in past. Hospital preop usually gives you the time to arrive at hospital. Doctor told me the time of procedure, surgery facility should give time to arrive to be prepared. No one really seemed to know a positive answer.
On day of surgery I had to re-sign all paperwork previously signed on Monday because “no one witnessed the signatures on preop day”. This is not a reassuring thought and a waste of my and your time. Then the preop nurse had to redraw blood because my blood records from Monday were not in my file. I assured her that doctor had ordered both CBC and my blood type. She went to investigate and phlebotomist said that doctor did not request blood type. I can assure you he did ask for CBC and blood type since I hand carried his orders to hospital on Monday for preop and I saw the orders.
These mistakes and lose of information left me lacking in confidence before the procedure even began. I started to think “will BSW lose my test results, will they send them to wrong place , what type of faculty is BSW”. I believe that is a bad way to begin a medical relationship.
Efficient
Great care and very professional.
The staff are top notch. I am glad they are there and ready to help.
Try to keep surgery times closer to on scheduled times - showed up 8am for 10:15 procedure. Didn’t go back until 12:30.

From check in to leaving, every staff member was friendly, informative and professional!! I’m amazed at how well operated this hospital is and especially how ‘cared for’ the nursing staff made me feel!!! Well done Baylor Frisco!!
Great customer service, and everyone was very friendly avg helpful. There was no wait, we were in and out in 30 minutes.
How quickly I was in & out
I was really impressed with the staff's pleasant and welcoming spirit. I was really anxiety before my procedure and the front desk staff made the check-in process easy and quick. From the check-in, to the nursing staff to the doctor, all performed their duties proficiently and professionally making my entire experience less stressful. There is definitely integrity and professionalism on display from everyone.
Please don’t put family or friends to wait for Doctors in small waiting rooms post-surgery without first showing them their family member in recovery. This gives cause for concern and alarm as it seems ominous news are about to be delivered by Doctor. Too much delay to get news about patient during recovery and too much delay to see patient in recovery.
All the staff, support staff were very helpful, food was really good each time and nursery staff were the best
Patient support is being very aggressive to me. She kept using words like "if you want to fight" while I was just asking her I didn't receive any format of contact when I try to ask a question regarding my medical bill. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I even cried after the call. No help at all but all harm to the customer. Nobody should be treated like that so I would never recommend this to any of my friends.
The staff was kind, considerate of my needs, attentive.

Terrific care and service at all levels, in the ER, Penny was an amazing nurse. Dr. V. Patel was an outstanding surgeon. The night shift nurse and tech were great. Nurse Justin, Dr. Watson, PT Shane, OT Brittney, techs Marie and Ariana were great. The food was outstanding!! Laura the Social Worker was very helpful. Not one complaint… only praise for my experience. Thanks to all!!
