Doctor and nurses are awesome.
Friendly, nice and pretty quick in and out. Much better than most emergency rooms I've been to.
Doctor Drysden was extremely cold and unhelpful. Absolutely no comfort care or real concern offered to me other than one amazing male nurse who sympathized with my situation and one kind ultrasound tech. Felt like it was just an inconvenience to have me there.
I loved that when I went in to ER with a Kidney Stone. The whole staff together made me feel warm& comfortable, even though I was in a lot of pain! I feel they went beyond expectations to ease my mind& to make me feel it was going to be alright. That’s definitely my go to Hospital from now on. Thank’s again Baylor Staff!

Summer, in pre op, was especially good. She was very easy to talk with, efficient, caring, started my IV painlessly, and did all she could to make me comfortable.
Dr Robert Taylor was, of course, outstanding also. What a caring and talented doc. Bedside manner was very good.

A couple of the nurses in postpartum didn’t have great bedside manner. However.. I want to show my appreciation for the nursery nurses. EVERY ONE of them were amazing! I knew my baby was in great hands every time they took her. They went out of their way to help me when I was having issues with pain management, trying to get my nurse to me quickly and taking care of baby while we worked on controlling the pain. The lactation specialist were also amazing!

The professionalism and genuine care from both Dr. Janecek and RN Jessica were outstanding. I live on the Plano/McKinney borderline, and although it was a much farther drive; it was worth it. I have been to this ER location twice before in the past when I lived ofc Legacy/Warren, and I KNOW how cordial, caring, and professional the Staff there are. Even the young lady who checked me in was friendly and caring. I love❤️ Frisco Baylor! I have never been admitted to experience a hospital stay, and hopefully I never will. But! if it's anything like the ER experience; it's a great place for health-care!!
I had to come to the ER with an elevated B/P of 214/103 because my primary care D.O. Natasha Gupta at Texas Health in Plano off parker did not do her job. She was egregious in her improper care and allowed me to leave her office with elevated B/P of 180/100. Among other things she didn't do for my Annual Physical Exam: No urinalysis, no blood draw, no EKG, and her MA violated my HIPPA Privacy Rights. Therefore, compared to the mistreatment I received at D.O. Natasha Gupta's office, I was relieved to experience World Class Patient Care at your facility. Thank you. Dr. Janecek and RN Jessica, ya'll ROCK!! Thanks Dr. Janecek for my new primary care/internal medicine doctor. I have already made an appointment to see him tomorrow, October 12, 2023.
