Overall service is awesome. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors, nurses during our childbirth. It was a wonderful stay there.
Had the most amazing care from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Check in, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. were all AMAZING!
The facility is nice, with nice people. Well cordinated
Efficient processes. Business principles effectively applied to excellent medical care.
Waited in prepping for 4 hours. Could have been scheduled alittle closer I would guess
Your services removed my sciatica nerve pains, completely.
Thanks
Excellent service, informative
Dependable
Nothing at this time
Excellent facility. Friendly behavior by nurses and doctors. Excellent food choices
Was scheduled for a TURK procedure but was supposed to be TURB. Patient pointed it out to admitting nurse. Forgot to return meds from pharmacy when discharged and patient had to come back.
Jillian was aa great admittance nurse. A pro👍. All staff very courteous.
Friendly staff - everyone kept me well informed regarding the procedure and what to expect.
Everyone is so nice
The prices are much higher at your facility. I have the same procedure I have had many times at the surgery center for $400 less. I have also had it done at another major hospital, and they were still $200 less than your fees. No difference in my insurance at the separate facilities, these are all after my deductible is paid. The service I have received at the other places is just as good. The 50% off coupon for an entree in the cafeteria for my husband while he waits for 20 minutes just doesn’t cut it for the increased charges by your facility.
Everyone was friendly. Everyone. It made the experience wonderful. Thank you.
Your pre-op nurses are outstanding. I have been prepped by Tanner on my last two visits and he’s one of the best.
I also like the way in which I am kept updated about my procedure prior to being taken to the imaging room.
Excellent communication and worked diligently to get me in and help me get the required paperwork from my cardiologist. Brian and Paty are fantastic!
Friendly staff and no extreme wait time to see a doctor
I now understand why people are called patients in medical practices. I needed a great amount of patience to deal with waiting while in great pain. It did not feel like an emergency room, rather, a Doctor's office. I understand that there is a triage going on upon arrival of people; however, make someone wait during an extensive period of time while dealing with a life threatening emergency? Humm...makes me think. 🤔
Also, not being a medical specialist, but having spent a lot of time in medical practices because of a lifetime illness, I was surprised to hear that no X-ray or MRI was needed after I stated that I was involved in an accident a few days prior to having a crisis.
The good thing is that the excruciating pain I was experiencing was dealt with when I finally got a room. Thank you for that.
About the medical team, from reception to Dr. and nurse, they were all professional. I just wish I got more care like a x-ray or MRI, just in case I had something going on with me after the accident.
Great staff.... everyone was great from check in till they took me to my car.
Would highly recommend !
Friendly. Prompt clean always available helpful
Everyone I encountered were amazing and had the best and genuine personality. The ones that stuck out the most to me - Carla and Kate from L&D. Katie, Michelle, and there was another night shift nurse that really helped me when I was having a breakdown but I cannot remember her name!! (Postpartum). Shannon from lactation also gave me so many useful tips and gave me the confidence to breastfeed my baby. Kelly from the nursery was informative.
There were two people that made this rating an 8 instead of a 10 and that was the front desk/reception in postpartum and Melissa (Misi) from the nursery. Any time I used the call bell (2-3x) she answered so rudely as if the request I was asking for was so ridiculous. And with Misi, I wished I would’ve requested for a different nurse. When she tried to help me with latching, she was squeezing my actual nipple over and over again instead of the area around my areola. She also never understood me when I responded to her questions and I felt let she talked down to us a lot especially when it came to checking our car seat. She just came off abrupt and insensitive.
All employees were kind and very helpful. All my questions were answered clearly.
The overall experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Baylor Scott and White at the Warren Road location.
The entire labor and delivery to was amazing. Karen, Rachel and Brenda were the best!
Keith the anesthesiologist made the epidural experience great and the OR experience better than I could have imagined.
Anna Claire was the most consistent nurse in post partum and she was really great. Helped me through some tough recovery.
I'm sure I missed some names but these were the people that made a difference.
If I have another kid. I will drive the two hours to come back and have a baby there. We moved to springtown when I was 8 months pregnant and I decided to keep Dr mapps. The drive was worth it!!!
Everybody was wonderful, very nice and professional
I had a preventative colonoscopy and they charged all of the services as diagnostic. I understand that the ones related to polyp removal and biopsy will be diagnostic but other services that is normally done with any preventive colonoscopy should be billed as preventive
Staff was amazing.
I liked your entire staff who were helpful and efficient. The nurse, Paul, was extremely helpful and friendly. I won't forget how kind and thoughtful he was.
Everything! I was very taken care of from beginning to end!

The check in process at the front desk the day of surgery as well as when I went for Pre-Op was very slow.
In Pre-Op the day of surgery, the nurse was not able to get my IV the first time and had to call another nurse. My husband had the same nurse previously for a procedure, and the same thing happened. In Post Op I had an ice pack laid across my ankle after hammer toe surgery. The nurse said to put ice on 30 minutes and off 30 minutes when I returned home that day. My take home written instructions said nothing about ice. I decided to check back with the doctor's office, and my surgeon did not want any ice applied because he wanted to make sure the bandage stayed dry and didn't want me to accidentally get frost bite. When I received instructions back from the surgeon's office, I had already used ice all the first day.
The surgery went well, and I was pleased with the nurses and doctors in the OR. My pre-op experience with the nurse and nurse practitioner the week before surgery went very well.
