Great people, quick entry and resolution of the problem. Facilities are very nice and clean!

The treating doctor was very disappointing. Without knowing me, he walked in the room, asked a few questions - one of which was, “So, you drink a lot?” When I answered, no, he just stared at me as if I were lying. I proceeded to tell him that I have 1-2 drinks per week. It might not sound like much but I felt as though he was asking if I were an alcoholic. I was there with epigastric abdominal pain. I understand needing to ask the question, but I don’t understand the manner and way in which it was asked. He also proceeded to order a blood alcohol level - which came back negative. I hadn’t had anything to drink in a week and was definitely not acting drunk. I’m a nurse and have dealt with many doctors over the years. I don’t expect a provider to act like my best friend, but I certainly don’t expect to be treated like that. When all the tests were run, he came back into my room. He simply stated, “Everything is normal’. I said, normal? To which he said, “Yep, normal.” And walked out of the room. No explanation of anything further. Very uninformative, unhelpful, cold and seemed as if I had wasted his time. I have never been treated that way as a patient. From what I can tell, that is the norm for Dr. Charles Dryden. I do not think I will return because of the thought of having him be on service when I need a medical professional most. Unfortunately I can’t choose my provider in an emergency. On the contrary, the registration person and nurse were very professional, informative, and compassionate. I would return if I only needed to see them, but unfortunately one physician has tainted my view and I will let all of my friends and family know about my experience. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me, if only to know that this review has been read and taken into consideration.

Awesome L&D team!! Especially the dear nurses that went above and beyond for me - Brenda and Amy. Both were incredibly encouraging and wealth of information to help answer my questions and concerns.

The PP and Nursery teams were just as wonderful too! Devin was so kind and attentive to this first time mom!

The entire staff is wonderful. Personable, with smiles on their faces. From the greeting at the front desk to the moment I was wheeled to my ride home, I was treated with kindness and respect.
