I had excellent service at Baylor Scott White
care and attention given by staff
Overall I had a great experience but there were times when I felt the nurses were either a bit rude or just not having a good day. I felt like anytime I asked for something, it was either ignored or the message wasn’t passed on to the next nurse on shift. It just wasn’t something I experienced at other hospitals with my first two boys. Doctors were great and again most of the staff was beyond friendly but I did have some experiences that would probably make me want to look around elsewhere first before fully turning back here 100%.
Dr. Dryden jr was apathetic and impatient. The front desk and the nurse team was great but the emergency doctor was one of the worst doctors I've interacted with. I wouldn't recommend the emergency solely because of the behavior of Dr. Dryden jr
Your caring staff.
Er doctor seemed mildly annoyed at my presence. I was sent home with and infection and only prescribed pain pills. I was still in pain at home, I saw my urologist and got prescribed proper medication.
Both of my nurses, ( can't recall their names) my respiratory nurse as well. My Dr. Meghan Hansen.
Friendly greeters at the front and all staff/nurses/doctors, etc.
Very impressed with how I was welcome, explained and post that.
Took care of me immediately upon arrival. Nurses and doctor were very professional and comforting. They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. I felt as if I was being taken care of from the beginning until disscharge.
Not much waiting time
everything wonderful service Thank you!
They opened on time and were ready to go. Easy check in. Staff was really nice, very efficient. Prescription was called in to my pharmacy so it was ready to go too.
Clustering care. Postpartum RNs and Nursery RNs should communicate on clustering their care that way both mom and baby can get uninterrupted rest.
I love the total care I receive from the doctors and all the staff. The only thing I don't like is that I received a letter from my insurance company that states that Baylor Scott and White may no longer accept my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was very disappointed to hear that. I hope that doesn't happen.
Straightforward. Serious medical staff.
The facility is very welcoming.

I was at awe. Bedside manners definitely 5 star!!!!!
The kindness and care was remarkable! My husband was in room .206 and my throat started closing up on me and I went to the nurses desk and they immediately wheeled me down to ER! I was met by Vanessa and Beau was my nurse, nothing but reassuring the whole time, Dr Dryden was great in explaining everything that he was going to do!! Awesome service for a gal that was out of state!
Smooth, easy and effective...all of it.
Everyone was courteous & very helpful. My experience was pleasant & my results were good news!

I vomited while I was getting dressed in PACU, needed two people to help me stand, and then vomited again in the wheelchair, but the nurse never notified the doctor. I spoke with Dr. Knoll, and is also concerned that I was sent home feeling that way, and continued to vomit for the next 6 hours.
