Nurses were so sweet.
Checkin prior to surgery took a very long time.
Wait after arriving and waiting for operation prep took over an hour.
Rooms are small, cold and not very private. No where for spouse to sit in room or areas while waiting with me for operation.
Waiting room chairs are NOT comfortable at all.
Parking is ridiculous. Very difficult to find decent parking.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Everyone was so kind and supportive
The staff is always friendly, professional and courterous. They try their best to diagnose you and get you on your way after a thorough exam and prescription sent to your pharmacy.
Amazing nurses
Personnel are the best.
Everyone was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent care.
Fast
Careing employees
Excellent work! The entire team worked very hard to get my diagnosis and moved on to the treatment! Everyone was very clear about what was happening and what I could expect up until my recovery. Thank you for all of your help and support.

The Symptomatic Treatment for URI sheet was very helpful.
Helpful
The nurses in pre and post op were outstanding, especially Amy.
Great experience :o)
My ain was not managed in recovery, despite my crying and screaming bc of pain. I told them prior that I haze zero pain tolerance and what pain meds I would need to control my pain. I kept asking to speak with my partner and they refused to let me talk to her on the phone.
As usual everyone was nice and professional.
Staff is wonderful
I was very well taken care of during my Surgery
Everyone looked after my wellbeing.
Front desk friendly
My nurse who took blood, EKG etc was fantastic
I had several nice people, but had a terrible experience the night before the procedure. I was told by 3 different people (my doctor and 2 people who did intake over the phone) that the anesthesiologist would call the night before. This was important to me as I asked each of them what type of anesthesia I would have and when I needed to stop eating/drinking. They said the anesthesiologist would answer that. At 9:15 the night before the procedure I hadn’t gotten a call, so I called the hospital to ask. I was transferred to someone who proceeded to tell me they had until 10pm to call me and then directed me to a 1-800 number. I could also hear her laughing at me. I never got a call which is fine, but I did not appreciate the woman on the phone making me feel insecure before a procedure I had never had.
Everyone was super caring!
Best of care from Beth at PreAdmit to Josh Our Day Nurse to Bee our Night Nurse to Taylor the Nurse the Next Day to The Charge Nurse during the Day on The 20th. The gave Excellent care and deserve Kudos. I will have to say that Josh the Day nurse on Dec 19 has to be the Best Nurse I have Experienced in the 50 plus years I have been in The Nursing Field. Thank you Josh and continue The Great Work.
quality care, i very friendly staffs
Admissions need to be more aware of patients time of check in and move with sense of urgency instead of rushing the patients with filling out paperwork and making mistakes in the process.
I came in for a severe flu infection. I had a high fever which was making me shiver and a really bad cough.I asked for a blanket to help with the shivering and was never given one. No one listened to my chest for congestion nor was an xray done to make sure I didnt have pneumonia. I was supposed to have been prescribed Tamiflu, but it was not called in to my pharmacy. I had to call back to the ER to ask if about the status of my prescription. I am truly disappointed in this ER that usually provides good care for their patients.
All went well
The friendliness and thoroughness of the staff.
Very professional and courteous

I checked in at 6:00 on Friday as I was instructed to do by my doctors staff. I had done my pre-check in a week prior to my surgery to all that was left to do was the final check in. The lady that helped us was the manager of the whole check in team and she was friendly and polite and informed me of how the whole morning would proceed. When my wife and I were finally escorted back to a prep room where I had to put on one of those surgical gowns all of the nurses and staff were very polite and helpful explaining all that was about to take place.
My surgery time was at 7:30 and my doctor and the anesthesiologist arrived about 5 minutes prior to that. The surgery was for a deviated septum.
After it was all over with I was able to get dressed and go home.
I have come to this hospital previously several times for a colonoscopy and the service is the same all the time. It's always GREAT
