The office was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly, from the receptionist to the nurses. I was very pleased with the attention that was provided to me to diagnose my condition. The treatment plan helped me to get better quickly.

One of the staff members at the ER desk wasn't paying attention and gave the person next to me (whom she was checking in) a sticker which was meant for the patient's folder instead of the medical bracelet. She jokingly acknowledged her mistake, but with only two people checking in at that moment, she should have been more professional. The staff member checking me in was great.
I called back today regarding the packet from Legacy ER that my nurse had looked at but forgot to give back to my husband. The girl who answered the phone, didn't clearly say "ER" when she answered and I had to ask "hello?" because I wasn't sure if I was transferred correctly, to which she then clearly said "ER". I told her the situation with the packet and wondered if it was left by the desk after I was discharged Friday night at 11pm. She seemed bothered by my request (and granted I'm sure she was at something that wasn't clearly an emergency issue) but did take my info in the event it's found. By her voice, it sounded like it would just be discarded and not looked into.
Aside from the desk staff, my nurses and dr and anesthesiologist, were fantastic and made my visit a quick and pleasant one.

6/4/2024 I arrived at Baylor, Scott & White at 6:00 am for 7:00 am appointment. I was initially called to check in to register via vibrating pager. From my initial contact with the male representative, I got a chilly reception. I was taken back with his failure to warmly greet me because the female representative I encountered was very warm and welcoming when I arrived. His cold response set the tone for the entire check in. He did not try to establish rapport. He just navigated through the check in as rote routine that he was required do without making an effort to be comforting and support. It was a scary time for me because I am dealing with cancer. A smiling and friendly face would have been helpful. I know he can do it because someone came who he knew he was very friendly. He was the only male with two other female representatives.
The nurse from outpatient clinic came to get me and she greeted warmly me and was very comforting. He needs sensitive training. I know what I am talking about because I worked in customer service for 45 years. For further information I can be contacted at Phone number removed Name removed
