I was asked what pharmacy I use, then was ignored, and the nurse chose another pharmacy. They made their selected pharmacy sound important by stating that it was open during the early morning hours when they were in the hospital. Upon discharge, they said I could pick up my prescription later, so now that it doesn't sound pressing to pick it up right away, I asked if I could have it changed to my preferred pharmacy, and the nurse again said it doesn't matter. This may not affect the hospital or staff, but it matters to the patient.
Another thing I was not happy with was the way the plastic needle was removed from my arm. I am not afraid of needles, though I was not happy that the needle was removed like they were snapping beans, asparagus. It was removed by bending it out. I saw the item bent into a 90-degree angle til the plastic 'popped' out in a quick movement. I rarely bruise, and I did get a bruise from this.
The same male nurse did both of these.
Nursing staff was amazing and facilities felt nice and spacious.
the waiting room was great for my wife. The staff was excellent and made extra effort to made the best of my situation.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Comfortable surroundings and caring staff.
Fast and comprehensive
. Better communication in notifying patients of surgery delay - spent a total of 12 hours for a day surgery
. Consistent friendly nurses - 1/3 of my nurses was helpful and kind
. A follow up from the anesthesiologist would have been nice when the nurse reached out about a concern that it took over 3 hours to wake up after surgery - never received communication
. Being environmentally conscious by offering biodegradable utensils, cups, and paper goods in the cafeteria and how you provide water to your patients - omit styrofoam and knowing the health risks
. Receiving a follow up after surgery would have been nice
In the same building as I work
From the first moment we walked in the door to walking out we could have received better attention and care. Every employee from the doctor to the support staff could not have been more attentive and focused on my care.
I had incredible service and care from start to finish. My RNs were fantastic, I felt completely taken care of. It was the best medical experience I’ve had.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I felt like the first 24 hours in post partum I was treated as a black and white manual with no thought to what could be going on outside the black and white box. My pain was not managed despite multiple attempts to explain as well as my husband advocating for me. Being treated like “everyone else” doesn’t work for each individual patient and it made for a horrible first few days until we got further/higher up individuals involved.
It’s very clean, the waiting area is comfortable, and the nursing staff is usually on top of it
Excellent instructions and response time before my appointment. Prompt service when I arrived. Such an organized place. Runs like a well oiled machine.
All staff I encountered were professional and friendly.
Hope I don’t need to come back but this place will be my first choice if I ever have the need.
Everyone was clear spoken and explained everything. It was a frustrating morning because the computers were not working correctly which created a problem not only at registration but also with the nursing staff in day surgery. The hospital was clean. The temperature was acceptable.
The services were excellent. My C-section surgery was conducted on time, and the overall care exceeded my expectations. Nurse Veronica and Nurse Tammy were incredibly supportive and attentive, and they helped me tremendously during my recovery. I am very grateful for their compassion and professionalism
Very competent, experienced and friendly staff
Fast, efficient, kind service and team.
Great services & care.
The hospital was so nice and felt like home.
Dr Collins’s and his whole staff where phenomenal!
All staff that encountered from the front desk to nurses, doctor, and radiology technician, were all incredibly kind, caring, and made sure I was as comfortable as can be even though I was experiencing so much pain. They were even able to make my small kids feel safe and ensure that everything was going to be okay. They were able to get the scans and bloodwork done with results within a reasonable amount of time to determine what needs to be done to help me feel better. I really appreciate everything!
The quality of care
Quick intake
Quick lab results

Attention, explanation and care
Everyone, from the time you wake on until leaving is very professional and caring
My pre surgery nurse Tanner was amazing and super kind. He do everything he could to ease my anxiety and nerves.
No one called me the day before my surgery to confirm my surgery time, date or location. No email or phone called received for someone to take my pre-operative medical history. No one asked when I was in pre-op if I was allergic to surgical adhesives and I am having a severe allergic reaction to the surgical glue used. Along with allergies, this needs to be a question asked. They were running behind and the room wasn’t ready and it delayed my surgery. Surgeon was there and ready along with anesthesiologist.
Nurses, surgeon and anesthesiologist taking care of me the day off were all excellent.
Very through, prompt and kind.
