Everyone was so kind to me
From the moment I was greeted at the concierge desk to the nurse escorting to my car, everything was perfect. Everyone was friendly and very thoughtful. Can’t wait for my next colonoscopy!

Very professional in all aspects - from checking in and though out the process. NR Ryan was very accommodating and had a calming demeanor.
The nurse Jamie and Dr Arai were fantastic, also the medical personal who completed registration and came to do my X-ray. Plus I had no wait time. I’ve been a registered nurse for almost 20 years and I must say I received great service. Jamie even called to check on me the next day!
Friendly and professional
All the people, everyone, is a professional. I felt comfortable, from the minute I walked in to check in to the minute I was helped to my car. May God bless everyone at this hospital.

The staff, nurses, the radiology technician, and the doctor were all very nice, compassionate and caring about my condition. They listened and provided excellent care to me.
Everything was wonderful overall. The staff was great very attentive, respectful, and kind.
My only concern is that after the surgery, no one called to check on me. In the past, after having surgery, a nurse or staff member has always called the next day to make sure I was doing well, answer any questions, or provide any additional instructions if needed. I didn't receive any follow-up call, and I think that would have made the experience even better.
My whole birthing experience was amazing. The care I received was top notch. Bri my L&D nurse the day I gave birth was the reason I had the best experience possible. Her confidence gave me confidence. I trusted her through the entire process. I also really enjoyed Karla my night nurse. Her bed side manner was amazing. She helped me stay calm & respected my choices.
I feel beyond blessed to receive the experience I had. Nothing about it was traumatic.

Everyone at this hospital is welcoming and caring! Everyone - from the ladies at the check-in desk to the nice lady who emptied our trash can in our space and all the wonderful people in between - made our stay very pleasant.
All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. J and Nurse Brian were most professional and cordial. They were very helpful and understanding. Dr. J took time to listen, explain, and support. I highly recommend the ER at BSW in Warren Ave., in Frisco.
The staff at the front desk were so kind. The wait time was awesome as the took me back in less than 5 minutes. The nurses were great. However, Dr. Lee did not even take the time to listen to me before cutting me off and dashing off. I realize his time is precious, but I would not be there if I did not have to be. He even cut my sister off as she was trying to ask questions and I had to interrupt him as the was rapidly exciting with my sister was still talking. I told him that my sister was asking him a question. It was at that time that he had to stay and listen and allow us to ask questions. He certainly is one of those doctors that makes you feel rushed and unheard. I hope I will never get him again if I ever had to go back.
I hate this emergency room they don’t care about your health the doctor was very rude and dismissed everything I said about my health I will never come back again

Friendly, courteous and proficient. Dr Rogenes and the hospital staff were excellent.
Everyone I interacted with at the facility was excellent. Initial check in with Beth was quick and efficient. She even handled phone calls, questions, and interactions with other staff quickly while processing me. You could tell she had done that many times before. Chessie and Tanner in preop were fantastic. Chessie was very thorough and made sure we understood everything fully. Tanner did the best, most painless insertion of an IV that I've ever had. Madeline my operations nurse was great - she covered everything with me and made sure that my allergies wouldn't be an issue. Rali in recovery was great. She was very attentive in making sure I came out of the anesthesia well, and very thorough in explaining all of my post op and going home tasks. Dr Hassell made sure we were well informed about the procedure both before and after. I forgot my nurse anesthetist's name, but he was great also. He listened to my concerns and explained what they were going to do and made sure everything went well. All together a very good experience.

Don't ask people to come so early. I had to sit in the waitng room watching people EAT while I was VERY HUNGRY!
