Every single thing
I really like that your team listened to all of my concerns and they were very thorough to cross off every yellow/red flag that I had. Leaving me feel heard and not ignored. They ran necessary test to reassure me everything was ok.

Professional, friendly
The night shift staff specially in the triage of labor and delivery was awful! Rude not ready to listen and the ac was out. They were out off rooms so were sending me home.
Well once i was admitted the shift changed and after that the staff was amazing!! My gosh i loved them and they made my L and D experience smooth and wonderful. I am grateful for the morning staff and much appreciated the love and care i was provided! But i would still not recommend the hospital as you never know if you end up with the other staff you might think of changing hospitals right then and there even while i was in labor.
Staff and cleanliness
Friendly reception and prompt registration I was seen quickly, diagnosed succinctly treated and released with good recomm for follow up treatment of my wound

Great staff! RN and MD were knowledgeable and level headed. The doc did not order unnecessary tests or procedures. I hope to not visit an ER in the future, but if I do, it will be Baylor Frisco.
