Was able to get the bike delivered at a reasonable cost. Bike was already tuned up.
Might be a good idea to provide the option of using the delivery truck as a way to show customers the bikes and test ride. If they it than 50% of the cost to showcase at a customers residence can go towards the bike otherwise 100% of cost goes towards providing the mobile showcase.
Products are top quality, and service people are always friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience at Folsom bike (Folsom location) while purchasing my bike. I must say the salesmen were very patient and let me test ride two bikes (multiple times back and forth) until I finally decided what bike I wanted. They were knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
