This is by far the best bike shop I've ever been to. Every worker that I came across was absolutely outstanding. We bought our son's bike here and the wrong bike had been ordered instead of making us wait for the new bike to come in they offered us that one to take home for him to ride while we waited for the correct bike to come in. That's customer service that you just can't find anymore would highly recommend Folsom Bikes.
Travis was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! We found the perfect bike and several items to go with it. He also recommended new helmets for us. Thank you for all your careful social distancing efforts - much appreciated. Great products and excellent service!

everyone was very nice and friendly. There was a mix up with my husbands bike, we were sold a sold bike. They didn't realize this until the day that they called to tell me my bike was ready. This sounds like a negative review, but things happen and the important thing is, they were very willing to remedy the situation. They upgraded my husbands bike and split the cost difference with us. They got the new bike ready for us by the next morning. It isn't about a perfect experience, It's important that when things go badly, there are people that are willing to work towards a resolve.

Amazing customer service! Travis was extremely friendly and helpful ! He found me a great bike that was in my budget and exactly what I wanted! He said the special ordered bike would take 10 days but I got if the next day ! I can’t say enough great things about this bike shop. He even offered me free tea for my mom and I while we waited !
