Your employees were very accommodating when I walked in and asked to rent an ebike. Since the battery wasn't fully charged, they gave me some extra time on it at no extra cost, and helped with some logistical issues. They are obviously bike enthusiasts and told to keep the customer happy, not just "maximize profits" salespeople.
My first dealings with Folsom Bike was with the EDH store. I walked in and asked to rent a standard bicycle for a month or so, to see if my knee would hold up to daily use. The salesman worked with me to see what the need was, and I ended up buying a bike for little more than the rental would have cost. It's been a great bike and post-sale support has been excellent.

Right from the beginning, when I purchased my Giant Contend AR-1, Travis Lee has been an outstanding person to deal with. There was a delay in shipment of my bike for about 2 months but Travis kept be appraised of the whole situation so I never felt abandoned. In this day and age, in my experience, has very seldom happened. He even communicated by email on weekend when he was involved in a big race he was competing in.
