I purchased Trek Marlin 6 over the phone and, unfortunately when I went to pick up, the bike was unavailable. Since it was the last Trek 6 Large and the misunderstanding was from shop, K told me that they would make it up and would upgrade to a Giant Phanton 2 at no additional cost. This is my first mountain bike and didn't realize the upgrade I was getting until afterwards. Folsom Bike and staff really are the best and will be recommending to friend and family.

The staff is always very helpful despite the amount of people at the shop. Really great experience and think they're doing a great job keeping the lines flowing despite restrictions from COVID-19. A special shout out to Andrew and the gentleman that runs the service desk (forgot his name)!

Customer service at Folsom Bike is great and I have always been treated very well there. The service department has done excellent work and the turn around times have been short when I have taken my bike in to get fixed. Keep up the good work guys, you are doing an great job!

My first visit to the Folsom Bike shop;

I live in Citrus Heights and have a bike shop within walking distance from my house. I stopped by there with 2 tires that needed air. I won't go into details or even mention the shops name but I now have a new bike shop to go to in Folsom. I was on my way back from E.D.H. and looked up the location which was convienently located at the bottom of Folsom Dam Rd. where it meets Folsom Auburn Rd. There was plenty of parking, and I decided to kind of test the waters so to speak after my last experience in C.H. I grabbed just the front tire of my road bike and my 2 pumps that I couldn't get to work. I was approached by a worker and he politely asked me to step outside because of the crowd. I told him my issues with the valve on the tire and my 2 pumps. He showed me what I needed to do and then he blows me away by asking me if I wanted him to put air in the tire...I said "sure, let me get the rear tire and you can put some in that too", and he said "okay". (the other guy wanted to let me use their pump) turned out it wouldn't hold air but the back one did. I was getting ready to leave when I thought that I need to buy something because this guy was so nice. I told him that I needed a new tube so he sends me to another guy who grabbed me 2 new tubes that I asked for and a patch kit. The staff there were super friendly and very helpful. And like I said before, I have a new bike shop to go to and it's located at the Folsom Dam Shopping Center!
