Put a online order to pick up in store on a Saturday figure would not hear from them till the next day. Not only did i hear from them close to hour later but my purchase was ready. Let me do the repair i need but it let mr get on the trail on Sunday.

I've been to Folsom Bike quite a few times over the last couple months (and years) and I'm super grateful that the store has stayed open throughout the pandemic and tolerated the grumpy monkeys forced to wait in an orderly line outside (true "first-world problems"). Every visit, I noticed the staff, while helping a customer, were always hustling and then quick to move on to the next all while remaining pleasant, even cheerful. I had placed orders over the phone for pickup a couple times and both Andrew and Travis were again, very pleasant, helpful and I didn't feel rushed despite several questions (I'm sure they had a line outside).
Folsom Bikes is directly responsible for keeping me riding through all the craziness, and I'm very certain I would have gone certifiably mad without you! I hope this note makes it to management and they spread the word that I for one think you're all great!!

From the moment that I approach the bike shop. I was ask to wait at the door. Till an assistant was available to help me fine the perfect bike. That will meet my needs. The worker went beyond there customer service. Threw the entire visit it was nothing but the best. I had the best experience. I will recommend anybody that is looking for a bike. Justin called me about my service and explained that alhough he wasn't able to get the new parts for my bicycle in a timely manner due to shortages he would do his best to make the bike work. He did an excellent job and I thought it was really nice that he went above and beyond. He didn't just tell me sorry we can't do it. He also did a couple things to my bike that he said needed to get done that I didn't ask for and he said that he would do it free of charge because I didn't ask for it. I thought that was very nice .I will definitely go back and recommend to friends

Really great service. They went the extra mile to help with my mountain Bike's head shock. They took extra time to show me how to regulate the air pressure. I didn't know anything about air pressure in the suspension. AAAA+ in their willingness to help

Staff was very knowledgeable about the bike and products I bought. They also did not apply any pressure. After my initial test ride, I took a couple of weeks to make a decision. The staff was cool with my process and helped me out when I finally did make the call. As this I was my first full suspension bike, I had numerous questions about suspension setup that were all answered successfully. They also hooked me up with a tubeless setup and showed me the difference between the tubeless setup in my current bike and the different tubeless system on the bike I purchased from Folsom Bike.
