I had an amazing customer service experience from start to finish. This was my first time calling or going into Folsom Bike, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bike or is even just considering getting a bike. I first worked with Travis (I believe?) on the phone to see if a bike was in stock. He was super friendly and a joy to speak to. He explained all of my options and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I also worked with K when I went to pick up my bike. He was so nice and informative; took time to answer all the questions we had (and we had a lot!). Thank you, Folsom Bike!!

On the sales side the staff was not very helpful with recommendations. I understand though we are in unusual times.. I really like the store..
It may be helpful to promote the EDH store when service availability is low in the Folsom store
