Staff was extremely helpful on product selection and accommodating with their rental bikes. We picked up two bikes to go to Northstar about 10 minutes before the shop closed and they dialed the bikes in for us for a flawless experience. Will definitely be back!

Friendly and honest

Folsom Bike’s staff offer great service and product knowledge. In particular, Travis and Travis (one at each store) and Patrick at EDH were very helpful, as were the service dept. folks in Folsom. Got variety of bikes and brands. Also, with my new gravel bike, I was offered a 10 percent discount on pedals, which only seems right and fair. I think all new bike purchases should entitle customers to a discount on tubes, pedals, helmets, kits, etc.

Travis took care of us from the moment we showed up at the door. He is so very knowledgeable about the product, and he took the time to answer question after question my husband asked. When he wasn’t sure, he found the answer. He encouraged us to take a test spin, and he had the new bike assembled quickly so we could return for it the next day.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. Makes you want to be a faithful customer.

I like that the store I go to usually has everything I am looking for. it's been a little crazy due to Covid. I recently experienced a situation with my wheel and even though the process took longer than I would have liked, I really appreciated the manager (Erin) getting involved and helping me resolve the situation.

Bike mechanic was great and helpful. The only down side was a poor job wrapping new handlebar tape.

Love this store! I looked on the website for a specific bottom bracket but could not find what I needed. So on a whim I called the service department and they said that they did indeed have it in stock. They held it for me and I picked it up.

We have been looking for bikes for the family for the past month and have visited many bike shops in the SF bay area where we live. All other bike shops had an attitude of "we are too busy. If you don't see it, we don't have it" We drove 1.5 hours and arrived at Folsom Bikes, and immediately there was something different about this bike shop. The staff was amazing. We were introduced to Drew and he showed us several bikes. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying 2 bikes and a hitch rack. The service and attention to details Drew gave us was truly beyond amazing. For the people and service, I would drive 1.5 hours any day to give Folsom Bike my business. Thanks again Drew!
