EDH location is my go to. LOVE everybody there! I bought a Trek Marlin 5 for my daughter and they had one available at the Folsom store, my first time there. I stood in the Covid line for like 20 min and it didn't move, so I came back the next day earlier. One guy ahead this time. Seemed like they were only allowing 2 people in the store at a time. Odd, since everybody has to wear a placebo/mask anyhow. Everybody was nice, "thanks for your patience" etc. Just over this covid stupidity, but so happy you are open and doing well!

My husband and I are fairly new to riding and we so when we came to Folsom Bike Shop, Travis was amazing and helped us find the right bikes for what type of riding we wanted. He made sure we had everything we needed and any questions we had answered before we left. My bike was a little to tall so my husband spoke with Drew and he told us to come in and they will help get my bike to the size that is comfortable for me. We brought the bike in today and Andrew helped us, they shaved my seat post down to the level that was comfortable for me. Andrew also helped my husband find the correct helmet for him with more protection.
All 3 employees helped us so much and made us feel a lot more comfortable with our bikes and accessories. Best customer service and We will definitely be returning for anything we need in the future with our bikes!

Honestly I've been here twice. First time for a whole first bike for my teen, second time for a small gift for a friend. Both times I received absolutely excellent service. Seriously. Service reps spent all the time I needed on both purchases. They were both friendly and very helpful. Seriously. 😊

Everyone is so nice and helpful. We also enjoy the cafe for coffee etc after ride.

There was a point earlier this summer, I was surprised/disappointed at the service support. I recently had to take my bike in and was pleased with how great the team was with me so thanks for getting it back on track.

I just want to say that working with Folsom bike has been pretty awesome. They take time to listen to you and what you need. If your bike is acting a' fuss they'll take a look at it no problem. Generally can fix things on the spot I've enjoyed my experience so much I referred two co workers over and they both bought bikes as well 👍.

Shout out to Muuqim and especially the Rad tech Alex! As I am writing this review Alex is wrenching away at a stubborn rear axle on my bike and had made it his personal mission to get that sucker out.

Rest assured all fellow bicycle enthusiast's I guarantee you will be taken care of!
