I like how Travis steered me to a bike that was best for my needs, being new to cycling. I like how Travis responded to my inquiries about the Tule Easy Fold and when I told him I was seriously interested in purchasing he contacted me when one was available. I like how when I told Travis I was seriously interested in purchasing another bike he tracked one down for me so I could. I like how the goal of Folsom Bike isn’t just a sale, but is in making another satisfied customer.
This is one of the nicest shops I’ve ever seen. It’s very clean and inviting. I called the night before I came in and received all the answers to my questions so by the time I got in the store I knew exactly what I needed. Travis was really nice and helped me carry my trainer to the car. He was really engaging and made sure I had what I needed and he set me up with a profile for the store. Even though I was coming in for a specific item, I was really impressed with the overall selection and I loved getting to see all the high end bikes in person. This shop isn’t really close to where I live but it’s 100% worth the drive.

I had a Bike Fit That day , Went to load my bike up to go for my appointment and realized I had a rear flat . I drove to Folsom Bike and they Jump on fixing my Flat . It is a tube less tire they said if it cannot be fix I would have to buy a new tire , I thought for sure they would say I need a new tire but I was wrong they repaired my existing Tire and I was on my way .
