Straight forward no fluff or "sales" pitch. Drew did not try to sell me an expensive bike that would have had more features/upgrades. I was able to get the bike that best fit me for my needs.

We appreciate you making our daughter Quinn’s day with her new bike. Andrew was amazing and even though the bike was not yet put together he got it done within hours. My parents picked up the bike for us and Andrew even gave them a lunch recommendation (food was great)! The customer service was amazing! A few weeks after our purchase we received a surprise gift from Folsom Bikes! Even though we are about an hour and a half from the store we will 100% make all future purchases through Folsom Bikes. Your kindness has earned lifelong customers!

Great staff. Super friendly. Travis did a great job helping me out. I also liked how safe everyone was with respect to masks and social distancing.

My only room for improvement would be lower prices on kits because the new Folsom Bike ones are sweet but pricy.

You folks are wonderful! Our first experience when ordering our bikes was with K and he is incredible. When we went to pick up our bikes and get the accessories I believe it was Travis who helped us. Like K Travis is fantastic. He spent so much time with us making sure we got everything we needed. We realize that during these trying times everyone is stressed especially those businesses like Folsom Bike who were able to remain open. We could tell folks were stressed but it did not detract from the professionalism we received.
It is a pleasure coming to your store and you can rest assured you have lifetime customers with us!

Wilson was very helpful in making sure I selected the right bike - I felt very “taken care of”- like I was part of the Folsom Bike family. Price point was very reasonable and my bike arrived a week earlier than expected. When we went to pick it up, Travis helped fit my brother on the bike and explained everything he needed to know about the care and usage of the new bike. He took extra time to help with helmet selection and gave him ideas for ‘beginner’ routes. This is why I shop here (and send my friends here)- they go above and beyond to provide excellent products and services. They always exceed expectations!!
