I have been very satisfied with sales staff and service staff. Other LBSs have tried to up sell me when I bring my bike in for service. I like that Folsom Bike carries a large variety of brands of bikes and accessories. I feel like I get personalized service.

Not counting the COVID-19 bike supply shortage, there is typically a really good selection of bikes. There are also a large assortment of accessories and the staff are always courteous.

Good product selection and great shop.
Great customer service they provided before I even became a customer there. They fixed my bike chain quickly and for free. I got a flat tire on my ride the following day and chose to give them my business for new tires, tubes and co2 canisters. I would definitely recommend them. Efficient and friendly service!

I was at your shop yesterday and was struck by how much your operations have been burdened by the (necessary) restrictions needed to keep people safe from the coronavirus. It also looked more stressful for the employees and I hope the customers are understanding and not rude. I hope you’re paying them hazard pay!

Everyone was friendly and helpful prior to scheduling my appointment. The bike looks great. Also gave me a free visual bike fit right as store was closing!
I had an issue with communication about when my bike was supposed to be done. I was told when I dropped it off to come back next day; was not told to expect phone call. When I came the first day I was told “ too many walk-ins so my bike wasn’t looked at yet”. I was a little frustrated since I had scheduled an appointment specifically on a Monday based on my work schedule and this also meant I had to make the hour round trip drive twice to pick up my bike. Otherwise very happy with service! Just wanted to let make sure the communication is clear for others as well.
