Fulsome fulsome bikes was very helpful step-by-step offered to give me advice on bikes when their stock had been depleted. I went somewhere else to get my bike and that shop has failed to do their job so I will be bringing my bike to Folsom bikes for servicing and will continue to buy my supplies and accessories at Folsom bike. I needed some help with a Thule special order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The process was seamless, I was able to get my product quickly, and it was there when they said it would be. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Folsom Bike to my friends and family.

Good range of products and knowledgeable staff.

Slower service due to the COVID-19 protocols but I was really impressed with the quality of the bike rentals. I received a nice hybrid mountain bike which was fairly light and well maintained. I’m glad I didn’t receive a worn out 10 year old bike which weighed a lot.
