Wandered in there Saturday looking for a couple bikes for my 11 and 13 year old daughters. Travis helped us. They guy needs a raise. Awesome guy!!! Super helpful. Funny. Knowledgeable. The whole deal. Great service.

Bought a giant contend ar3 over the phone. Picked it up this past weekend. Both costumer service experiences were outstanding. Drew sold me the bike And Travis worked with us when we picked it up. They were both knowledgeable and dedicated to providing me the best experience.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff.

You all need better brands on the mountain bike front. You need to carry one of the top 3-4 brands. You would sell a lot more bikes if you had santa cruz, ibis, pivot etc in the store.

The service and care to customers is one of the strongest points. The no delay in ordering parts if not currently in inventory and keeping the customer informed. They also have the best smiles.

I grew up riding mountain bikes. Recently got back to biking so I can teach my kids how much fun riding a bike can be. But, I am 20 years out of touch with bike technology that’s come along since I was a kid.
Your sales guys were good at talking bike lingo in standard English.

Your team members at the store are exceptional! Each person I came in contact with showed a strong commitment to customer service. They were polite, helpful, listened to my questions and concerns, and handled my needs. This was the first time in about 6 years that I returned to Folsom Bike. My first and only experience was going into purchase a mountain bike. My budget was about $6k and I was very excited. I walked in and the guy behind the counter said, "what's up buddy". Didn't even look up at me - I took my $6K and bough a mountain bike at another local shop.

I did appreciate the recent customer service and being open even with COVID restrictions.
