I just bought a hybrid bike and I love it! The service there was fantastic and the atmosphere was welcoming, I highly recommend this place to anybody! And for the record, I'm a newbie, so there was a lot of jargon I didn't understand, and they were very patient with me and taught me quite a bit! Thanks again Folsom Bike family!

I was shopping for a bike for my 9 year old son and Folsom Bike was the only shop that had a bike available. Although the wait to get in the store because of social distancing was a bit inconvenient I felt that the store representatives moved things along as efficiently as they could. I am new to the area and it is great having a bike shop near. Love the location. Haven't had the chance to really browse the store, yet, but I am thoroughly impressed with the products I see. Looking forward to getting my bike in for a tune-up. The guys at the service desk were very knowledgeable and service-oriented.

Experienced and skilled, but too busy these days. Yet, your staff took the time to check out what I thought was a bottom bracket issue, and solved the mystery within 5 minutes, allowing me to return home with my bike and be ready to ride the following day!
