Everything! The personnel are out of site with their knowledge, helpfulness, and their overall positive attitude. One will not have to stand very long before being asked if they could be helped. The best choice I did was to purchase my Giant Ar1 from Folsom Bike Folsom Location!

Helpful, polite and accommodating. I brought in for a repair and at first quoted a date that was a little too far in the future. They worked to squeeze my bike in and said they would do their best to have completed in 5-6 days. 2 days later it was done. My expectations were exceeded.
