Folsom Bike does great work. The also make sure warrenties are honored. In our case they went above and beyond and helped get a warrenty part painted the right color. we had a 5 year old Giant. the frame cracked. Giant honored the warrenty(thank you Folsom Bike) but the part was the wrong color. FB reached out the Giant and faciltited the part being painted ( to spec) by Giant, No charge. Love Folsom Bike

Service: Very friendly, clearly competent, clearly interested in helping the customer understand what he/she needs and then showing them where that is in the store. The service department is fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Products: Generally speaking all the merchandise is of good to excellent quality and dependable.
Since I am a recreational cyclist, I can't speak to the very high end bikes and components. I bought my bike (Scott CR10) at Foldom Bike and have been extremely happy with it.

CALLED FOLSOM BIKE AT THE END OF THE EVENING AND THEY SAID COME DROP OFF YOUR BIKES FOR MAINTENANCE. THEY DID THE WORK THE NEXT MORNING AND WE PICKED UP OUR BIKES AD THEY WERE PERFECT. THE OTHER BIKE SHOPS THAT WE CALLED HAD A 1-3 MONTH WAIT JUST FOR A TUNE UP!
