Specifically worked with Andrew to purchase a kickstand, safety lighting and a lock for my son's Trek bike. Andrew was incredibly thorough, explained the purpose behind each recommendation, even took a fair amount of time to look at the Kryptonite lock website and show me different features from their video tutorials.

Felt like Andrew went above and beyond in his approach. Appreciated the service team and quick turnaround on the install. As a note, another bike shop closer to me, that isn't a Trek vendor, recommended Folsom Bike. I think a recommendation by another shop always speaks volumes.

We love Folsom Bike. We drove from Elk Grove for the service, selection and most importantly the patience. Being a fickle buyer, it’s so nice to have someone walk you through the options and selection and help you make your own educated decisions. The crew here is amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s nice to see service be a top priority over sales. I will definitely be back.

Folsom Bike was on it! Dropped off my son's bike for a tune up on Monday, and they said it may be the end of the week before we'd get it back...I asked if it was possible to have it before his ride on Thursday, and they said they'd try to get it done Wednesday...Well, to my surprise, it was done on Tuesday! Picked it up, and rides like a champ! Son is totally happy, and ready for his Thursday ride! Folsom Bike's customer service rocks!
