My mtb shifter broke before a recent ride. Other bike shops were months backordered but Folsom Bike not only had the part in stock, they were able to install it on the spot and I was able to meet my group mid-ride. Thank you for everything!

The employees are knowledgeable and polite, and the shop has beautiful bikes & excellent cycling gear. But the most important thing to me is their excellent customer service. You always get five-star treatment even if you’re only purchasing a pair of socks!

He was amazing!! One thing I was kinda worried about was why a bike would be sold without pedals included I came home and got on trek.com and saw it is supposed to come with pedals.

Folsom Bike is the best! Great staff and owners. Awesome location and selection of bikes, parts, gear and accessories are excellent. Folsom Grind located inside Folsom Bike is also amazing! Locally owned by Folsom family.
