Amazing Staff very friendly and helpful!

The staff are all amazing. They live cycling so they have great knowledge. They are all super friendly and helpful. The shop has a good supply of accessories. Rental bikes are also available, which is very helpful for sizing and first hand experience riding various bikes.

First impression was that finally a shop that actually had a good inventory of eBikes on the floor. Next Travis Lee helped us in our selection, answered all are newbie questions and provided information we did not think to ask. With his help we purchased two Trek Verve+2 Lowstep bikes that were actually available and in the store. We had not yet set our vehicle up with a bike rack so Travis even delivered the bikes to our home after he got off work. Amazing customer service and it is obvious he is passionate and quite knowledgeable in his work. Very refreshing since we had just met with an owner of another shop who had a few eBikes and really knew nothing about the products he was selling. Trek provides a great warranty and my expectation is that Folsom Cyclery will meet all our expectations in that regard. I also appreciate they provide a free tune up and inspection after break in miles are completed. I am so glad we "stumbled" upon Travis and Folsom Cyclery.

Hello. Your staff is professional and expedient. They answered all my initial questions during the purchase.

Unfortunately, I should have test rode the bike before I got it home. It was dead on arrival and did not power up. I contacted the staff and they were again professional and eager to help. I am currently waiting on a repair evaluation from them.

A point to be made is that a $6000 bike should be 100% beautiful, no scratches, etc and 100% functional. The electrical failure is not, as I see it now, the fault of the staff. (I'm sure that it worked when it was put on the floor) Again, I should have test rode it first.

I'm looking forward to either a fast repair or an exchange for a 100% beautiful and 100% functional bike.

I researched bikes and TREK appears to be good. Let's hope this is a one-off experience and we can all ride off into the sunset, together, smiling.

Your products are of the highest quality. The sales staff is knowledgeable, most (if not all) ride and that makes all the difference in being able to identify with the costumer and what may or may not work on the bike. The service department is top notch and very knowledgeable concerning parts and special installation, calibration or adjustment issues. Highly recommend this location and store.

My son bought a bike that he had been saving for quite some time. We had a problem with the derailer on the first day, but once we brought it back into the shop, they fixed it and he was back on the streets the next day. The service was impressive. Highly recommended!

Big selection very helpful friendly people

I was very happy with my experience. I had a pedal break on the trail with another 7 miles to my vehicle, and they had me back riding very quickly. I was shown to their pedal selection right away and after I chose a set they installed them as I was checking out. The two guys I dealt with were both friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Great staff and well stocked store, had the bike I wanted in stock. My first time to the in the store and I look forward to coming back.

I got a quote for work and I ended up paying that amount. I was told when it would be completed and received a phone call saying it was done the day before. They tested the repair and didn't like how it was working with another part on my bike so they tweeked the other part...free. The employees were friendly. They retrieved my bike from my car and put it back in when I picked up the bike. So far, I have found I like the results.

I am always asked what I need help with the moment I enter the store. I feel that I am important and am able to get answers to my questions about a product or service. The service department does a great job on my bikes and gives advice on what my bike needs, doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. The only bike store I go to, thanks
