Nice, knowledgeable staff, who was ready to help. Convenient location with ample parking. Sells Trek, Pinarello, Cervello, Giant and Liv bikes. Sales folks are slightly pushy on accessories, but in moderation and within reason.

From my initial call to the shop, inquiring about a certain bike, I was impressed as to the friendliness and how helpful the staff was to locate “my” bike in the warehouse, as it had just arrived. After putting a deposit on the FX4 Sport Carbon I was assured the bike would be held until we could make the three hour drive up to Folsom. I emailed to secure an arrival date and received an in-depth friendly phone call welcoming us whenever we could be there. A few days ago we were personally again welcomed by Andrew and Justin. Andrew went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help acclimate me to my new bike! I really wanted my reluctant husband to also get a new bike, and Andrew knew he had another matching FX4 Sport Carbon in a large. We not only went home with my new bike, but my husband has a new one too! We rode yesterday and love the bikes! I cannot say enough a out Andrew, the floor staff and service department for their help! You guys are great!
