We had the BEST Customer service once again. We took both of our kids in separate trips yesterday to get their bikes. We were blown away by how kind Travis was and very patient.

So far the staff and service dept is extremely friendly and professional. Brought mine and my wifes mtn bikes in for a basic tun up. Picked it up in like nrw condition! They even cleaned it! New inner tubes on both bikes and adj. Very pleased with their customer service.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help even when I once crashed and damaged derailleur.

The people at Folsom Bike are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.They care about their customers. Several of the staff even remember my name and the things I am doing. They posts great rides on their website that you can download onto your Garmin so you can do the ride even if you are unavailable to ride when they do. These guys are definitely top tier and they carry quality gear.

Travis at Folsom Bike was wonderful. We have been looking to upgrade my son's bike from a boys bike to a mountain bike. After calling around and finding out that mountain bikes are in HIGH demand, I decided to take a chance and walk into Folsom Bike. Although they had the same story, Travis was so kind to exchange information with me and alert me if they happen to receive a shipment in the next couple weeks. Two days later I emailed Travis letting him know I would bring my son in so we can figure out what size bike he would need. Travis shared great news, one bike arrived today that might be a fit, so we hustled over to Folsom Bike and there it was...the perfect mountain bike! My son took it for a spin around the store and we were walking out the door with his new bike 5 minutes later. We are so thrilled and thankful to have the new bike. Thank you Travis for your excellent service and follow through!

Fast, efficient and didn’t try to oversell me with extras. I bought a few, but did appreciate their checklist for future items. Also allowed me to have the 30-day checkup begin in the New Year as it is a Christmas present.

Folsom Bike offers the best service I can find. Everyone has a great attitude, is highly skilled, they know their customers by face, and the environment is clean and professional. I would not buy or service a bike anywhere else in the Sacramento area.

Excellent service

Since my derailleur hanger broke on my Landshark I needed a bike to rent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They fitted a Trek Emonda which helped me get 45 miles in on the bike trail.

I couldn’t come up with a negative comment if I tried. Andrew assisted us for my daughters new bike since she has grown and her riding has improved sooo much. Fitted her with a bike she loves and exactly what she wanted. Everyone was friendly as well and the service was amazing.
