Came down looking for a pair of bib knickers for fall/winter riding and got them. Also, I had been looking/waiting for a Kuat Sherpa 2.0, 2” bike rack and shop had the color I wanted so they assembled, installed and provided instructions on the operation of the rack. There was a bit of a wait for the rack but I was in no hurry. The young gentlemen (tall with glasses), sorry can’t remember his name. He was very accommodating as I waited and helpful with instructions. All in all a positive experience.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable and repairs, straighten rim and new brake pads, were completed on time.
My only comment is that I brought the bike in because the rim was rubbing against the brake pad. When I picked it up I checked the repair and the rim was still rubbing. The bike was returned to service and immediately adjusted. Had I not checked before leaving the shop I would have either ridden it with the rub and discovered it on the trail and/or needed to return to the store. The end result was good and I will use your services in the future.

The service was incredible and the staff were super friendly and outdid themselves in trying to help. I did wish there was a bigger selection and more available sizes of mountain bikes for women in the $400-$600 range...But the Covid shortages aren’t helping that either.

The staff were great attending to a lot of customers at once while also gently reminding visitors of the mask requirement. Super big shout out to Andrew who kept it all going and still provided a personal feel. This was my first visit to Folsom Bike but because of Andrew’s stellar service it will not be my last. Very cool shop with great down to earth staff. Thanks.

Folsom Bike has everything I was looking for and more and the level of customer service is amazing! Andrew and Travis were more than helpful in getting me setup with my awesome new road bike and treated me very well. They have a forever customer now in myself as well as my recommendation to all my family and friends and anyone else who I come across looking for a new bicycle or services for their current bicycle. I have purchased three bikes from the El Dorado Hills location. I took my bike in to the El Dorado Hills location for some maintenance; In the past, this was not any issue, and you could leave the bike with them. Not only could I not get the work completed on my bike, they refused to take it until they could perform the work. It would have been nice to receive an email regarding the change in policy regarding maintenance; considering you email me with information I could care less about.

I called the Folsom location, and was able to drop off my bike for the necessary repairs. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thank You to the Folsom crew; you have my business going into the future. Maybe you could share your policies with the El Dorado Hills location, so they could provide a similar services.

Very helpful and accommodating when I walked in the store. I was looking for road shoes but unfortunately it wasn’t available. But I was able to find other things that I needed.

I have been to my fair share of bike shops with mixed results. I have to say that I have never had a bad experience with Folsom Bike. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, will go above and beyond to make sure you are back out riding. I will always recommend Folsom Bike to anybody looking for a bike or a place for service.

You always have what I need (and want) and are so pleasant to work with. I recently bought a Sherpa 2 and you guys put it together for me and put it on the car. I am definitely a happy camper.
