After a long search online for a bike, due to Covid, I finally said, to heck with it, I'm going to shop for a bike the old fashion way. Glad I did.
The guys at Folsom Bike, El Dorado, and Folsom, were fantastic. K was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love the fact that you could test ride any bike, something you don't get online. I told them what I was looking for, and my budget, and wasn't pressured to buy something I didn't need. The Giant Roam 2 Hybrid with the 1x11 gears is perfect. Comfortable to ride and simple to shift.

The customer service was great! We walked in to buy a bike for my wife and had a couple in mind. They were very helpful with finding the right bike and size for her. They even adjusted the handlebars and seat post. Will definitely look here first when its time to buy my next bike.

Great service with good advice. Went in after a muddy day on the trails expecting someone to try to oversell me on a whole cleaning kit and instead the guy gave me a $5 bottle of lubricant and just said wipe it down. Very happy with these guys this time and times I’ve gone there before. They’re my go to bike shop

Your employees are attentive and knowledgeable. I am always acknowledged soon after entering the store, no matter how busy it is. I get personal attention as soon as someone is free. It doesn’t matter that I don’t own the brand of bike they sell, shop service is always first rate.
