Easter Sunday was my lucky day because I didn’t think I needed a new bike until I met Andrew. I came by to drop off my bike for service and Andrew noticed that the store had a 2021 version of my bike in stock. I was interested in looking but not purchasing. He let me take it for a test ride and I fell in love. He then informed about Trek’s financing plan and it was then I decided to apply to see what would happen. I qualified and the rest is history. I wish I looked at the tires carefully because I realized that I don’t like the current tires that came with the bike. Only because I’ve noticed it isn’t grippy enough. I would have gotten them swapped out that same day. Overall I’m happy with the outcome.

Also, when I got home I got an email that my bike was finished getting serviced. I came back and saw that the store hours changed. I wish I was told that or that the sign outside was bigger and colorful. Luckily, I don’t live that far so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

This is my favorite bike shop along with Mike’s Bikes. I don’t want to compare the two but I like to shop and get my bike serviced with both.

I come back because of the service. The staff always treat me like I belong and I am welcome (I am a women).

Great customer service. After visiting several bike shops due to high demand during COVID, Folsom bike is second to none. We are customers for life!

They do a great job in this shop! There is no pretentious behavior and are nice and talk to you without a snotty attitude (that other bike shops sometimes do.)

Also, they do not up-sell, and try to get you into the gear that is appropriate. Very knowledgeable staff!

Even though I am just getting back into casual biking, I felt comfortable with the service I received. Travis was GREAT about listening to what type of riding I'd be doing, and he found the perfect bike for me. He made sure I had the necessary accessories and didn't try to sell me a lot of extra gear. He genuinely cared about the fit of my bike, and whether I felt comfortable riding it. I have already recommended this store to others!! Thanks for making me feel welcome!

Staff is over the top friendly and knowledgeable. They treat every level rider with the same respect. I always feel comfortable to ask all the dumb questions and they always make time to answer and give advice.

I appreciate the help I get when I stop in the store or come for an appt. They are good at giving me advice when I ask questions and are fair and honest with what repairs my bike needs. The turnaround time was very fast and they called as soon as my bike was ready for pick up which was a day earlier than expected. :)
