Andrew was the best to work with! We came from out of state to pick up two bikes. The staff was so friendly and helpful to us. Andrew even offered to buy me a coffee! What a great guy!

Your service department was courteous and helpful. That is hard to find these days. Most repair shops act like they are doing you a favor repairing your bike while taking your money. Folsom Bike was not that way.

Super friendly and helpful staff who immediately engaged and served me. Prior to going to you I went to Mikes Bikes. 5 guys standing behind the counter doing and saying nothing. Service kid came up and barked, gotta mask? I said oh sorry I don’t, do you guys have one? Said loud enough all heard me. Not one offered a response. No reaction at all. Less than an hour later you guys set me up with great bike, service installed several additional features I wanted and you earned my future business and referrals. Way to go Folsom Bike. Great experience!

Andrew was great. He took care of everything for us after we purchased a bike by phone. The entire on-site experience was excellent. We traveled 2 hours to pick up the bike & would happily do so again based on our experience with Andrew & the staff at Folsom Bike.

-Quality products.
-Actual inventory during high demand.
The sales staff was phenomenal. We never waited more than 5 minutes for anything. Someone was always helping us and making sure we were taken care of. Everyone was friendly and genuine. The staff love riding and you can see it in the interaction with other customers. I’ll be back when I’m ready for my mountain bike.
