Was looking for a Trek bike and you had 1 in stock, Salesman Mike was very friendly and helpful, he checked the floor to see if the bike I wanted was in stock, and processed the sale over the phone so I could get the last one left. Andrew was super helpful when I went to test ride, he made several adjustments to make sure the bike was best suited for my height before I took it home, would highly recommend Folsom Bike.

Excellent customer service. Great email news letter. Really like Folsom Bike having two locations. The El Dorado Hills store location is a short ride on Hwy 50 from my residence in Minden, NV. My new Giant Revolt Advanced 2 is a fun ride. Did I tell you how great the customer service is? Fabulous.
