The reason for the 10 rating is because of the incredible service and expertise of Travis Lee. I would definitely send referrals his way.

However, when I arrived to pick up my paid for bike on May 12 at 11:30, not realizing Wednesday is the only day you open at noon for some reason, they guy at the counter refused to let me in to pick up my fully paid for bike. He just kept pointing at the hours sign. If I treated paying customers that way I would have gone broke and out of business 25 years ago.

Everything, just the fact that they could accommodate our needs on a whim during the pandemic and at a time when everyone is using bikes outdoors was a wonder. When we arrived we were met with hospitality and courtesy. Our bikes were sized and issued in a timely manner and the payment was seamless and fair. Thanks and I would definitely recommend. We rented 5 bikes.
