The sales rep I worked with (Travis Lee) was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable about all products offered. It didn’t feel like a rushed purchase process, he was trying to educate me and ensure I got a bike I would enjoy. I had been to several other bike shops in the area and left empty handed but Travis sealed the deal and won my business. They have something for everyone.

He asked pertinent questions to focus the selection of bicycle type and appropriate accessories. Folsom Bike is now my go to store for biking equipment.

Had a fairly large selection of XL MTBs as of June 2021. Visited dozens of bike shops in the Sacramento Valley over the last 15 months, and zero bikes in my size, if any bikes, available. Sales rep was helpful in narrowing down the bike I eventually purchased.
