I called ahead to see if they had a derailleur hanger in stock. I was very fortunate that they did. I asked the service associate to put it on hold for me. I arrived about an hour after I called. It was there waiting for me. Folsom bike saved my weekend ride.

My four yr old Knolly Warden mnt bike hadn't received a full service since new, and it showed. FB has done a fantastic job. She came back spotless, looking brand new, and her ride never felt better. The crew at FB is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what they do. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I will be back again and again and again!

I am not a serious cyclist. I enjoy the casual bike ride around the neighborhood with my kids. That being said, I don't know as much about bike maintenance as I should. The associate that helped me was kind and joked with me about that without making me feel embarrassed. He was helpful with my service issue and helped me get a new helmet.

Andrew was great, very knowledgeable and focused on me. All too often every one gets distracted by phone calls, other customers etc. I was serviced with no distractions. Great selection of assesories. And I noticed lots of locals stopping in (I was out of town).

Very prompt, courteous, and competent service. Recently took my bike in to get the gears adjusted. They not only adjusted the gears so they work smoothly, but they also cleaned and lubed the gear train and cables. As an extra bonus, gave me advice on how to avoid the shifting issues in the future. All for a reasonable price! :)
