Friendly knowledgeable staff. Even when they are super busy, they are so nice. I ordered a bike a couple years ago that had to be built by the mechanics here. They made the bike ordering process so easy. Then they did a phenomenal job putting my bike together. I didn’t have a single problem with it for two years of pretty hard riding. When I brought it in for maintenance last week , they did another stellar job. Bike looks even better than new! Thank you so much K, Mookie and Alex!

Muugi at the service desk always has the best attitude, greets me by name every time I walk in, and does everything he can to make sure I am taken care of and my bike is fixed as quickly as possible. Folsom Bike made it easy to rent a mountain bike on my recent trip to Auburn! They had a great rental bike in stock and the pick up and return process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a bike!

We had gone to three other places prior to getting to Folsom bikes and not one of the other places was as helpful or knowledgeable when getting a bike for my 11 year old. My son is over the moon happy with his choice. The customer service was awesome and their inventory was decent unlike the other places.
