I worked with Josh and Andrew --- I was especially appreciative of Josh's willingness to work with me over the phone to purchase my bike! His position and level of communication built trust and confidence for my purchase. He trusted that I knew what I wanted and he knew his inventory and staff could deliver. I went out of the Bay Area to come to Folsom bikes!! The attention to detail, and tweaking things till they fit or balanced well were unique and incomparable! They built the bike to perfection because on my test ride I could ride with no hands on the handlebars-- well balanced!! The customization of features was most appreciated!!! They had an enormous acceptance and willingness to work with me as a woman recreation rider; your staff showed no elitism or snobbishness! I observed that although the staff were largely white males--- they indeed had multi - cultural customers which meant a lot to me -- they took the time and interacted the same with East Indian and Mexican customers the same as myself. It says a lot how many women were buying bikes in your store!! Thank you!!

Folsom Bike is both a well stocked store with a nice selection of cycling equipment, but is also well organized. It is a very inviting atmosphere, with a very knowledgeable staff that is willing and happy to take care of their customers.
Every time I have visited Folsom Bike, I have always felt like they are trying to take care of me. Whether it's getting my bikes serviced, or shopping for new gear, they are always there to help.
The sales rep were very helpful explaining the bike features and patiently answering my questions.
Have most items in stock. Tell you it'll be done tomorrow, but you pick it up today.
We went to purchase a bike and was met by "K" who was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. K answered all of our questions and provided a selection to meet our need. The entire purchase was fun and easy.

When no one had inventory you had 5 bikes for me to test ride. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions. We had bought my wife's gravel bike there two years ago and found everyone helpful and professional.

Josh was very helpful and considerate in the service he provided. While addressing my flat tire, other issues were discovered that needed attention and Josh kept me updated and was apologetic as the wait was considerably longer that I had anticipated. Ultimately the issues were resolved satisfactorily and it was fortunate that the other issues with my bike were discovered when they were.
