Service was outstanding! I received a phone call from Mike updating me on the progress of my bike and that it was completed. When I got there, K helped me with putting my bike on my rake and noticed that I needed an additional part to hang the bike from. He made sure the bike rack was made for my car and that the bike was secured before driving home.

Their Sales and Maintenance Departments are well Staffed, They were ready, and Prompt with Their Services, As an Example; The bicycle that I currently ride needed Servicing, as well as the replacement of the Bottom Bracket that needed replacing The Service Department called Me, And gave me Advice on what I should do, as far as that goes... So Yes, Their Service, and, Advice is Awesome,!!... Now, My bike runs/rides like it should... Thanks Again...

My favorite bike store.... Have not been there for maybe three years but I remember once, years ago, I needed a small plastic part, went in there, they had it, and I said great, how much..? They just gave it to me.... Great store, great folks, I go there when I need a bike part.

Great selection. I found a hard to find bike at your store (Trek FX3).

Josh and Andrew were fantastic! The two others that were there working were also great! Each and every person in the store stopped to get to know who I am and offer some advice as I'm new to mountain biking and am not as knowledgeable.

Will definitely and already have recommended Folsom Bike to family and friends. You guys are fantastic. I love my talon 4 and it was set up perfectly.
