Speed and great service. I came from out of town because the bike shop in our town said it wanted to take a week to change two innertubes. And they didn't inform me about the dreadful shape my tires were in. I was impressed that Folsom Bike had my entire bike serviced and repaired within a day. I would prefer that you not share this with the public please.

Personable and knowledgeable down-to-earth employees in both the main shop and repair/maintenance service area. One feels he’s welcome when he walks in whereas some other shops have a less friendly detached vibe.

Service manager was very respectful and attentive to my comments on possible problems. The Elite service was explained very well and all service agreed on. I was later contacted about problems and options as well as cost. The service was fast and I greatly enjoyed talking with the staff.

Friendly, professional. Store always clean and the employees are always willing to help get your bikes off of the car or help load them onto the car. Before they did any work on our bikes they called and let us know what needed done and it was our choice if we wanted to have the work done or not never felt pressured. When I got our bikes back they were beautiful great work

Good service. My helmet was destroyed and I was actually out on my bike, stopped at the store and the person that took care of me found me a great helmet.

They are always responsive. I know the service department is still struggling since the pandemic, but they always get it done eventually. And the sales department, especially Travis, is super positive and super helpful.

First bike for my granddaughter was simple due to Folsom Bikes.

My Granddaughter showed me a photo, I looked the closest Trek dealers, one of the front counter guys new the bike I was looking for, explained that it was available in two colors and to pick one, I did, paid and just 5 days later I picked up it up fully assembled and waiting to be put under the Christmas tree...
