I was thrilled when I learned that Folsom Bike carried the bike I was looking for, as I’d been told by my local bike store I had an 18 month wait for bikes due to current supply chain issues.

Before I even drove to the store, I called to ask the weight of the bike I was interested in. They willingly weighed the bike so I hopped in the car the next day and drove two hours to check it out. Once I arrived I was so very impressed with the staff and service. Andrew was amazingly helpful, explaining the features of the bike. The staff put pedals on iso I could test it, setting the suspension to my weight and allowing me to ride in for 15 minutes. Once I decided to buy the Trek Fuel, staff put the new pedals and bottle cage, removed reflectors. They even offered me a helmet for a few hours so I could get a ride in before driving home.

The staff was so very helpful and they even offer a bike adjustment within 30 days of purchase to make sure everything is set up
perfectly. I love my local Trek bike shop but this staff was amazing. I will recommend them for anything outside of my area. Thank you Folsom Bike

I asked an avid biker friend what bike repair shop he recommends. He said Folsom Bikes at Auburn-Folsom Rd. I took my bike to the service department and was very impressed that the person at the service desk was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, had the bike tires replaced and helped me to choose a new bike seat, all within an hour.

As I waited, I appreciated that several people came into the service department and were helped expediently. I intend to come back this store for all of my bike needs. I also liked that there was a lot of products available - bikes, parts, clothes, helmets, and more. Good Job Folsom Bikes!

First off K was awesome . So nice and inviting when entering store . Super helpful with any questions . I’m a noob. Helped me find the bike I was looking for . Set it up and put it through a safety check. Let me test drive it . Offered me a drink multiple times during wait . I mean the service couldn’t have been any better . I will be a customer for life . Knowledgeable staff...if a novice it can be intimidating however, staff is good explaining topics in laymen terms & sharing their enthusiasm for cycling.

Folsom Bikes goes the extra mile when it comes to stocking great products ,with customer service that goes far beyond your average bike shop. There are other shops that carry the same or similar products but the knowledge and passion for cycling sets Folsom Bikes far above the others. The staff is very friendly and will spend whatever time that is needed to ensure you get the product that is right for you, not something that just happens to be on the shelf. I drive a long distance and pass many other shops to shop at Folsom Bikes and I do so happily! By the way stop in and say hi to Travis, one of the many awesome people that are waiting to help you .
