Even though any bike make and models are limited, I found a Domane with my frame size which I’ve test ride before and Andrew was a big help in getting what I needed. I have a older Domane and enjoy the bike.

Friendly, efficient, great customer service

The guys were great! When I called they were busy & service answered even tho I was waiting for sales. Typically, you’d expect someone to pull the old “I’m not sales, I’m a service guy…” but Mookie was awesome. He answered all my questions & confirmed the bike we wanted was in stock AND put our name on it.

Best bike shop experience yet, it continued once I got in the store to grab the bike.

Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service, when needed, has been very good. They always seem to carry a good assortment of accessories and wear items, (tires, tubes, bar tape, etc.). I still prefer the in-store experience before resorting to online.

Travis (?) was a knowledgeable, courteous, no pressure salesperson. This is the second bike purchased from your store this fall and we felt confident in our choices because of the salesperson’s suggestions. Both times the service was great. We didn’t feel rushed but were helped promptly, the service department installed the extra accessories and we were on our way.
