Our sale person was Connor. He was super patient and very knowledgeable. He let me ride a couple different bicycles. I never felt rushed or pressured. He told me about accessories but never pressured me into “buying it all.” I ended up getting a new helmet and some tubes and a water bottle cage. Connor was very upbeat and a passionate rider himself. I bought the Trek FX3! Love that it only has two gear wheels in front and I love the handle bar grips. Awesome bike! Love it! Totally recommend Folsom Bike. What a great experience!

Staff are always helpful and friendly. There's never a surprise when bringing bikes in for service, and estimate is given right then and a phone call is made in a timely manner when something else is needed for the bike to be repaired. This is the only bike shop we do business with.Thanks for all you do!

We have just moved to the area recently, and visited the shop while getting coffee. Each time we came in we were greeted with a very friendly staff. As we did research on purchasing E-Bike’s, we came in on Saturday morning and spent some time with Andrew. He was very helpful in explaining to us the many features and how the E-Bikes work. We were very happy to ride out of the shop on our new E-Bikes, and looking forward to many miles on them. I wish that I could better put into words how great our experience was. Thank you very much!
